I am Olha Yurkina

This little space is home for my biggest passion, my art.

I am inspired by nature in all its forms - animals, flowers, and the human figure, and by the beauty that connects them.

I like to work in contemporary expressive realism, create representational but not photographic work, interpreted using texture, bold textural energetic brushwork and strong color.

My art is an ongoing exploration of subjects, materials, and techniques. I seek to create works that bring beauty, joy, and a sense of wonder closer to the viewer.
